As a seasoned martial artist with over 30 years of experience, I can confidently say that Gracie Barra Castle Rock is a top-notch facility. The curriculum is exceptional, especially for kids. The instructors are clearly passionate about sharing their knowledge and creating a positive learning environment. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a great space to train. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to build a strong foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The professors and coaches at this school are extremely patient with all the children. There’s never any pressure to participate, every child is treated respectfully. Respect, and listening is the theme that resonates every practice. If you have a 3 year old you know how hard it can be to get them to listen (still work in progress). Most of all my son looks forward to practice more often. The kids have a lot of fun.
If you are on the fence at all, go check this spot out. They make you feel like family. So welcoming. Willing to answer any and all your questions. They will allow you to spectate as long as you want. Every time I have been there, it was better than the time before. I would highly recommend this gym for beginners to black belts.
